Can my boiler be repaired, or does it need replacing?

My heating works but I have no hot water. Is that a boiler fault?

On a system or regular boiler, the problem may lie with the hot water cylinder, its thermostat or a motorised valve. We check the boiler and the hot water side together, and we repair hot water cylinders too.
